We are now joined by Ingrid Vandebosch, model, actress, wife and mother. Ingrid has appeared in many magazines, such as Elle, Vogue and Glamour and was featured in 2008’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She has also appeared in commercials and played a role in the 2004 film Taxi. Ingrid and Jeff married in November, 2006 and they welcomed their first child, daughter Ella Sofia, in June 2007. Ingrid loves being a mother and is excited to be welcoming their second baby, a boy, this August.

Yes, if I am at the racetrack, I will definitely make an appearance.

Yes. She enjoys playing with the other drivers' kids. She also enjoys going to Motor Racing Outreach.

Does Jeff cook for you, or do you do most of the cooking?
Ingrid
I actually do most of the cooking. However, Jeff sometimes does cook for me and Ella. Jeff does do the dishes. We are both really GREAT at making reservations and ordering in.

I love his personality. I love the way that he approaches life and how he deals with the situations that face him. He is very caring and thoughtful. He is a great father and husband.

No, we gave my parents Valentino and now they will not give him back. They absolutely love him.

The new house is coming along pretty well. They are saying that we will be able to move in by November - just in time for the holidays.

Unfortunately, it will be too close to the due date. I wish that I would be able to make it.

The best thing I can say to her is to take it one day at a time. She'll realize when the baby is born that that will be the best moment of her life. Cherish all the moments.

I speak five languages: Flemish, German, French, Dutch and English.

What does Ella think about Papa's racing? We've seen pictures of her in the car, does she like being in his car?

She enjoys very much watching her Papa race. Just today she threw a coin in a fountain and made a wish, "I wish that Papa wins the race." She loves speed. When she is riding in the car with Jeff and I, she always says, "Papa faster, faster!"

Do you workout regularly to stay in such great shape?
Ingrid

I have one sister that is five years older - Marij. I did have a brother that was ten years older - Patrick. However, Patrick passed away when I was 16 years old due to a motorcycle accident.

Of course!! All four of us will be there.

I love being able to see Ella as she grows and matures. I love being able to see her personality evolve. It is an amazing thing seeing something that is a part of yourself grow up right before your eyes.

We like to have the opportunity to go on dates together. Time to spend together is a very important thing to the two of us. We enjoy both skiing and scubediving.

Really the only other NASCAR wife that I spend time with is Chandra, since we are both in NYC.

Ella is a very, very good girl. She behaves very well. She probably get in trouble more with her father.

The very first race I went to I wore one of Jeff's t-shirts - I wore a strapless shirt to the track the first time and had to go buy one of Jeff's tshirts to put on over it. I do not always wear high boots. I have a closet full of f JG apparel. LoL

Jeff Gordon Wine is my favorite wine, because I help produce it. Jeff and I are the ones that select and taste the wines that are produced.

We liked "Isabella", but we decided to keep it shorter. But no, there is no family connection to the name.

Right now, she is between the two of us. She hasn't picked a favorite, but she just MIGHT be a mama's girl. ;)

What did he do for you for valintine's day this year/?

Well Valentine's Day was on the day of the Daytona 500, so we celebrated a few days later. He and Ella hand made a special Valentine card for me that I LOVED! We then went to dinner and a movie.

My heart stops for a few seconds, but once I realize that he is fine I begin to calm down.

I tihnk that Ella can ride with her daddy in the race car when she turns 16. If our son has an interest in motorsports, I am sure he will be in a go-kart by the age of five.

I think that it doesn't really matter to Jeff. Jeff just wants him to decide for himself and be happy. We will support him in whatever he would like to do.....well ALMOST anything.
