I have been a Jeff Gordon fan ever since the Dover race of June 1992. I was at the race and bought a program, read about him and have been following him ever since. I have been lucky enough to meet Jeff at two different fan club events. In October of 2003, I was able to race go-karts with him at Concord Mills in Charlotte which was totally unexpected! I couldn't talk and was shaking so bad, I couldn't walk. I really couldn't believe Jeff Gordon was standing in front of me and talking to me. The only thing I could do was cry and say "I can't believe you are Jeff Gordon!" This was one of the greatest highlights of my life, and surely one day I will never forget. Jeff, I wish you the best of luck with the future. I never leave home without wearing a 24! Hopefully in a few years I will be cheering for Leo Gordon driving the 24.
