Back in our June issue, we featured the story of a brave young Northern Virginia kid with a big heart, and even bigger dreams. Seven-year-old Timmy "Mini" Tyrrell loves to go fast and race his go kart through his neighborhood in Manassas. But what he likes even more?
Racing for a cause.
Mini and his family spend their weekends loading up racing gear and heading to various tracks throughout the area so Mini can raise money for pediatric cancer research through NASCAR champ Jeff Gordon's Children's Foundation.
